Warranty Term & Conditions

In-Store Returns/Refunds

Devices/Mods

  • These products have a 28 day guarantee / warranty through us (Isle of vapes LTD) and up to 12 months through the manufacturer (depending on manufacturer). The guarantee / warranty covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs or replacements if the product is deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we do reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange as the damage caused could be the reason for the issue with the device.

  • Our warranty does not cover any defacing, cosmetic or accidental damage to a device. If the product in question shows signs of damage and/or neglect this WILL result in any warranty being void.

  • Any product that has been used, changed or altered may not be accepted for a return or refund.

  • As we are a handler of some of the products we stock which is different to being a supplier or manufacturer, the length of the warranty we can offer can vary depending on this

  • Mod and device "Charging/USB" ports are very delicate and should be treated with extremely good care. Any damage to this particular area is not covered under warranty. If a mod or device takes external batteries it is recommended that you charge them out of the device in a charger designed to charge them.

E-Liquids

  • Any warranty does NOT extend to these products because of the nature of the products. For health & safety and hygiene reasons we cannot offer warranty on either. This is unless our staff determine or believe the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.

Please note some E-Liquids can cause damage to the glass, pyrex or plastic tanks. Any E-Liquid we sell will state in the descrition if this is a risk.

Drip Tips

  • Due to the nature of the product there is no warranty for drip tips as it poses a health & safety risk aswell as hygiene. When purchasing please make sure its the correct one for your device and the style you are actually looking for.

Coils/Atomisers

  • Please note coils and atomisers are mass produced and in turn make it so no two coils or atomisers are the same. In some cases coils could last one day whilst the next coil gives you one week of use and because of this factor they are a non refundable product. Refund or replacement is only applicable if the coils or atomisers are the wrong ones and returned to us in the original packaging, unused and still sealed.

Online Returns/Refunds

  • With all purchases we do provide a 7 day refund or exchange policy where if the product is deemed to be faulty we will offer an exchange first. A refund is only issued when we have had a chance to fix or resolve the issue with you first. If you are requesting a refund all purchased goods must be returned via post within 7 days of delivery at your own expense and you are to take reasonable care to ensure that the returned products are in good condition.

  • Atomizers, coils must be sealed and in undamaged/unopened packaging, any open coils/atomisers will NOT be refundable. Tanks are not covered by this policy due to the nature of the product.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not issued where the goods have been found to be fully working or damaged by the customer.

  • You can request for a refund providing we recieve all the goods/products from the order back in the same condition we sent them to you within the 7 day time span. This means any product recieved has to be in its sealed box/packaging. Any product that is not in a sealed box/package will NOT be accepted for a refund. 

  • Any E-Liquid will NOT be refundable in any case due to the nature of the product and the health and safety risks attached to them so when purchasing please ensure you buy the one you are actually wanting/looking for.

  • If you find any damaged shipments, missing products or faulty products and wish for a replacement of the goods please contact us and request the replacement. All orders are checked multiple times before being dispatched to ensure we have not missed anything. We will only dispatch a replacement item once we have received the faulty item and all of its box contents, failure to comply with this could result in no exchange or refund so please ensure you send back everything that the product came with.

  • We can not be held responsible for any products/goods that do not arrive back to us so please ensure you send them well packaged and at the very least recorded delivery.

  • Our kits and mods have a 28 day warranty which means any issue which is a default from factory can be exchanged. The USB port is not included in any warranty and should always be treated with good care. If its deemed that the device has E-Liquid inside the device this also voids warranty so please ensure that you look after the devices purchased.

  • Please note that we are not held accountable for lost or missing parcels as we ship to the address given so please ensure your shipping details are the correct details before checking out.
