Coils

All customers please note that we can not and do not guarantee the life of replacement coil heads. The manufacturer of any coil does not warrant them which means that we can not replace coils because they have burnt out or dont work from the package as they are mass produced and could vary in life. Staff in our shop would gladly show you how to prime and setup your coils correctly, or if you are unable to pop into our shop message us via our social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and we will guide you with our way to do it.

Factors to consider with coils

  • Has the coil be primed properly?

  • Is the device on the correct settings for that specific coil?

  • Are you using the correct type of E-liquid for that coil?

  • Has the coil been installed properly?

Hardware Firmware Updates

When a device has firmware updates available please ensure that you install them in the correct order and according to manufacturer's instructions and guidelines as not doing this could result in the device or hardware no longer working properly and/or at all. ANY UPDATE DONE TO THE DEVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Refunds & Exchanges

We can NOT refund or exchange any devices, tanks, E-liquid or coils that have been opened and are not sealed in the packaging unless its a manufacturer fault. Changing your mind is NOT a valid reason for a refund and/or exchange.

Any atomizers or drip tips that have been clearly used cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygeiene reasons.

Any tanks that have been used are also unable to be refunded or exchanged unless they have a manufacturering fault. Please note some tanks may use more E-liquid than others and this does not make a valid reason for a refund or exchange.

Warranty

our warranty does not cover any cosmetic or accidental dammage to any device or product. If a device shows high levels of misuse and/or damage this WILL result in any warranty of the product void.

A valid sale receipt must be provided as proof of purchase. A bank statement does not qualify as proof of purcahse as this could be a purcahse of any product.

Because we are a vender/handler of some of our products oppossed to a supplier or manufacturer, the length of our warranty on products can vary.

All warranty requests are fullfilled by the supplier of the product which means any decision that they make is final. If it appears to be the customers fault for the product breaking or not working the product will be returned to the customer. Please note juice getting inside a device which is the cause of the device not working is not covered under warranty so if a tank is leaking please take the necessary steps to attempt to fix the issue. If the tank has a manufacturer fault it can be refunded or exchanged however tanks use o-rings (rubber seals) to make the product work and to help prevent leaking so every tank has spare seals in the box which should be changed if needed.

General Disclaimer

When buying any device or hardware product please ensure that you read through the manual that comes with that product so that you have a good understanding how it works and how to safely operate your device or product

If you have a product that takes external batteries we would always recommend that you charge them outside of the device in an external charger designed to charge those specific batteries. The reason this is advised is the batteries have good equal charge for as long as possible alongside prolonging the actual life of the batteries, failure to charge them outside the device will kill the cells quicker. Ontop of not charging them in an external charger you would wear down the USB port on the device and in turn could result in the USB port breaking/not functioning.

Always ensure you check the condition of the batteries you are using prior to putting them in a device/product and when you take them out. Ensure that they are not damaged in anyway including the battery sleeve/wrap and positive/negative (top and bottom of battery). If the device you use takes two or more batteries it is recommended that you use the same brand, model and charge levels/capacity to ensure safe output levels whilst using the product.

Any misuse or mishandling of lithium-ion or other types of batteries can pose a serious risk of personal injury and/or damage to personal property. We can NOT be held responsible or liable for any damages caused by devices, batteries or chargers. You should always take great care when charging batteries and you should never leave them unattended whilst charging. If possible charge the batteries on a clean and fire-proof surface.

Never carry batteries in your pocket without a non-conductive case. Any metal that makes contact can cause risks and hazard to the batteries including increase of battery temperature and/or battery venting. Please transport batteries in a non-conductive case for safety purposes.
