Battery Safety
When using a device or product which uses Li-ion batteries please ensure that you have a good understanding of what they are and how they work. Li-ion batteries should be treated with great care and caution as they are a sensitive product when it comes to charging, storing and discharging. If mistreated or mishandled in anyway it could result in the battery exploding, getting incredibly hot or burning.

General List
- Store batteries in a safe place out of sunlight and the reach of children or animals.
- NEVER carry loose batteries in bags or pockets, Store them in a plastic battery case designed to house them.
- NEVER charge batteries on the floor (carpet) or near any flammable house hold items (curtains etc).
- ALWAYS charge on fire-proof/fire resistant surfaces.
- Use the cable provided from the products box to charge or change firmware with the device.
- NEVER use USB plugs that are above 1AMP (1.0A), this includes IPad and kindle plugs (Some devices allow for more than 1AMP charging but we would still recommend 1AMP or less for safety reasons.)
- NEVER force the cable into the charging port.
- ENSURE the positive and negative terminals on both the battery and the charger are clean before use or charging.
Ensure the charger you use is suitable for the type of battery you want to charge and follow manufacturer guidelines.
NEVER continue to use a battery that is getting hot to the touch, starts to smell or lets off any smoke/gas. If the battery is doing this leave it in a safe place (outside) and away from any possessions/property incase the battery explodes or catches fire. If the battery is under warranty then go through the process to send it back once its safe to do so and it can be dealt with.
If your device is self-firing please remove the tank (top part) from the battery/mod (bottom part) and take the battery(s) out, never leave them connected together unattended as self-firing is not normal and could lead to being a hazard.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE if any battery and/or charger malfunctions and causes damages to property or personal injuries. Li-ion batteries have specific properties and need to be looked after in the correct way and should NOT be modified in anyway, shape or form. They should also be used for the intended purpose only.
